Billing
Overview
As of version 1.4.7, RedBrick has introduced a new Billing Page to allow greater ease of user management, increased transparency for invoicing, and some changes to the Team Page that provide clarity for workforce managers.
Organization Owners can access the Billing Page by opening the menu in the top lefthand corner of the screen.
Accessing the Billing Page
The Billing Page consists of several sections:
- Stripe Portal Link - redirect to your Stripe account to access details about your current plan, current and past invoices, update payment methods, and more;
- Billing Emails - designate which of your colleagues should receive invoice-related information, or add a colleague that is not a part of your Team;
- Seat Table - a list detailing which users are currently occupying seats for your Organization (or any child Organizations);
- Boost Billing - information about your Organization’s Boost instance and usage, with available export;
- AltaDB Billing - information about your Organization’s AltaDB storage and usage, with available export;
Seat-based Model
Excluding AltaDB and Boost, billing for the RedBrick AI platform is based on your Organization’s total number of seats.
Provided that your Organization has available seats, you will be able to invite new members to your Team! A more detailed breakdown of your users is also available on the Team Page.
All Active Users occupy a seat, and are therefore billed.
Active Users that are deactivated (becoming Inactive Users) will occupy a seat until the end of the current billing period, after which their seat will be automatically cleared.
Inactive Users that have been Inactive since the beginning of a billing period do not occupy a seat.
In order to invite a new user, you must have a seat available. Therefore, Pending Invites occupy a seat. However, if the user’s invitation is revoked before the user creates an account on the platform, their seat will be cleared.
